Ephesians 2:1-3 Paul has addressed man’s condition as dead, following the world, under the control of the devil. He now deals with the lust of the flesh, desires in the sensual flesh of man, and the mind.

Romans 10:1-5 Paul’s desire it that his own brethren in the flesh,  might be saved. Though much learned, they were ignorant of God’s righteousness, Paul himself was once in the same condition.

Except, ye be converted and become….

Matthew 18:1-5 The disciples were disputing about who would be the greatest. Jesus said, except ye be converted and become as a little child, You cannot enter the kingdom of God. To have one’s nature and character changed is a work of God.
